When the opportunity to work with Katrina presented itself I was at a point in my life where I felt very uncertain about next steps and the challenges of managing my personal and professional life had left me with lots of good intentions but no time to take care of myself. I had begun to accept that maybe sacrificing my own wants and desires would be perfectly acceptable if it allowed me to get everything done for everyone else. I also couldn’t even formulate what my next set of goals should be. I was run down- giving to everyone in my life and feeling the burden of this acutely.
I completed the Quality of Life Mini- Program with Katrina and found she had a wonderful skill at sorting through the jumbled mess of my thoughts to hone right in on the details of the problems I was facing. Her approach provides a non-judgemental, safe space to be honest about what I want the most- not an easy task because I don’t think I even knew that clearly.
I will be honest with you, the questions she asks are hard, but only because they forced me to think about myself in ways that I hadn’t in years, and in some cases, never before. I had to confront the truth about why I was willing to accept anything less than what I wanted for myself so easily and to confront some limiting thoughts and what role they were playing in my life. The work is not yet done, but now I have direction again for the first time in a long time.
The outcome was that I immediately felt motivated and inspired about my personal dreams for the first time in over a year. She helped me identify obstacles to realizing my dreams as well as some very useful solutions to addressing those immediately. Her caring, calm and positive energy is refreshing and best of all, if you do the work, you will get results. If you are on the fence about whether this is for you, take the step. No matter your circumstances, you will find this course beneficial. It just may be the catalyst towards the life-shift you’ve been waiting for.

Over the last couple of weeks, I was able to connect with Katrina who is a mindset mentor and life strategist that caters to women like me who are overwhelmed with the day to day runnings of life. As women, we're forced to wear many hats like being a mom, a wife, having a full time job and even going to school. Even having a social life can be a problem.
I found that finding that balance was really hard and had caused me to feel really resentful towards my family and husband. I felt like I had no inner peace and felt as though I was losing myself on a daily basis.
After several calls with Katrina, she introduced me to her program. It is here that Katrina helped me to put my life in perspective. Sorting out what was truly important, what I needed to let go of or pass on to someone else in the family unit. Simple suggestions of taking 5 mins breaks during the day made a world of difference. Having Katrina just to bounce ideas too and having her to offer that encouragement and support was truly amazing. She offered guided details and good recommendations on how I can regain balance and would highly recommend her program as it truly helped me. She taught me how to breathe again, for this I am truly grateful.

My biggest takeaway was knowing that I have the ability to create the life I want and the manageable steps I can take to get there.
I'm excited about going after the life I deserve. I feel more confident moving forward with a clear vision for my life. I went from believing to knowing I have the skills to make it happen.
Katrina, you've put together an amazing program. It was useful and thoughtful.
